Commanders
1. As of 28th February 2025, ranking must be under 770 and have a minimum of 3 bases and 4 within 40 days of joining. All others must have 4 bases now unless you joined in the last 40 days.

1.a. As of 4th May 2025, ranking must be under 560 and have a minimum of 6 bases.  Now you must have 5 bases when joining.

We cannot engage commanders of rank 560 and above, i.e., 996, anymore. Saving CIC executive override due to special circumstances. 

2. Must be on at least once in every 3 days and, as such, show a growth rate of 1.15% per 3-day period. [No popon/pop-off do not count.]

2a. If going on holidays outside the 3-day rule, notify the CIC and find a sub as changes occur quickly. [See rule 9.]

 4. No rudeness to other alliance members or other alliances.

5. No attacking other alliances or individual gamers without approval from CIC. [Your alt accounts are your own business.]

6. Messages from command sent must be actioned on.

7. When on check chat. [Say hi and communicate.]. team building knowing your game friends]

8. No hiding when on. [That is where on roster you see hidden.]

9. Notify CIC if going away for more than 3 days and try to get a sub. If you do not notify CIC, then your place can be taken. Not subbing may be the reason for termination. Only failure to let CIC know. If it's more than 7 days, then a reappraisal can happen. As we get closer to the center, you all should know the importance of why we are here and teaming up.

 
10. When messaged to dig and/or move up and group, do so and get about it quickly.

[Dig] means working towards the middle, not sitting back and blowing up a few Fg hanging around. Use the maps given to show where and what we are doing.

11. If given a direction from command CIC, please comply.

12. Never leave behind bases, outposts, or camps burning. Finish, and if you cannot, then let others know to finish it.

[Don't start something if you cannot finish it.]

13. If a forgotten base, etc., is being attacked, then ask to join in. Never assume you can, and this includes other alliances attacking forgotten bases. This goes to farming. Leave a message; otherwise, do not whine if it is gone.

14. We operate in the East sector mainly, so no hanging out in other sectors unless authorized. 

15. SUPPORT WEAPON

 All alliance commanders must have a support weapon equal to the base level or higher [better 4 higher for effect]. No level lower than the base level, especially if you have a level that is, say, 5 lower or more just for looks.
